AI Photorealistic Interactive Avatar

Richard Rothenberg - New York

This installation is an interactive Ai-driven avatar dark comedian that gives bad advice and has fun conversations with people. The avatar uses a custom AI that is uncensored and uses street slang and generates unorthodox answers different from traditional LLMs, and generates fun and unexpected responses in a unique style depending on the character chosen.

The AI has a photorealistic human avatar that can take different characters, and the face expressions and lips are synched to the words generated. The interaction with the AI can be done via keyboard or voice and the responses via the avatar are shown in text and human-like voice via a speaker. The Avatar can be displayed via a screen or a projector to make it larger. It was created to induce a wide range of emotions on users, ranging from surprise, to laughter, disgust, shame, joy, pleasure, among others, while making it a fun experience.
